Jack Ryder was a controversial Television host, until he got fired for being controversial. He did the natural thing and began working in private security. His operations lead him to cross paths with angry Mobsters and a mysterious scientist named Dr. Yatz. Thanks to a life saving experiment, Ryder was changed and became the host of the maniacal Creeper.

He was a founding member of the Avengers, but suffered a bit of an identity crisis causing him to repeatedly change his superhero persona. He also created his own worse enemy as well as crossing a line from which he could never return.

Floyd Lawton was born to wealthy parents who hated each other. While still a child he tried to intervene in a confrontation between his beloved older brother and hated father with a sniper rifle. His shot went astray and he killed his brother. From that point on he dedicated his life to being certain he would never miss a shot again and became Deadshot.

After a trip through space with the Fantastic Four she was found by a cosmic entity known as the Phoenix Force, at it became bound to her. Much like the mythological Phoenix, she would die and rise from the ashes more powerful than one could ever imagine.

Basil Karlo was an actor who had grown to old for his most famous role. When he was replaced he was driven mad and became a masked killer. Later, he would be granted shapeshifting abilities and a monstrous form. Known as Clayface, he would terrorize Gotham and became one of Batman's toughest foes. Recently, Batman has begun trying to reform the malleable man into a hero. Will he succeed as a hero, or be forever doomed to stalk Gotham's streets as a villain? Only time will tell.
